A) It undertakes the preparation and execution of cooperation agreements and protocols with higher education institutions and other organizations in foreign countries.
B) It organizes all activities, carries out the necessary infrastructure work, and increases participation in programs in terms of quality and quantity besides evaluating, making applications, signing contracts with the European Union Education Programs (such as Erasmus +) and the sub-areas of these programs in the framework of the European Union Ministry of Education and Youth Programs Presidency (National Agency) or the European Commission on Erasmus Mobility or other project titles And regularly sends intermediate and final reports.
C) It supports the university’s studies on compliance with the European Higher Education Area.
D) It evaluates calls for proposals made by the Higher Education Council on the Mevlana Program, International Students, Farabi Program, Bologna process and other international activities, makes applications, sign contracts and periodically sends interim and final reports. It organizes all activities, carries out the necessary infrastructure works, and increases participation in programs in terms of quality and quantity.
E) It helps the Rectorate on ADEK (Academic Evaluation and Quality Improvement Board) and BEK (Bologna Coordination Commission) activities to identify and implement the University's international strategies and policies.
F) It assists the University Rectorate in activities related to the Bologna Process.
G) It ensures the coordination and execution of all the tasks up to the conclusion in the context of agreements / protocols (such as Erasmus + / Mevlana / Free Mover / Farabi exchange programs), besides the organization of the activities of the announcement and election in the movement of students and personnel.
H) It provides all kinds of application, acceptance, placement and follow-up of foreign students and staff coming to the university.
I) It prepares the official documents, guides and guides the students about the procedures for the movement of the students and personnel going abroad.
J) It provides the representation of the University in activities such as all national and international training, fairs, conferences, seminars, etc. that enter its field of study.
K) It makes and monitors membership applications, information updates, correspondences in relation to international organizations.
L) It supports and coordinates the relevant units in the preparatory and executive stages of undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs to be conducted by universities abroad. It also makes applications for abroad / domestic source projects and supports the applicant units.
M) It supports information about all kinds of international project calls and announcements to university’s students and staff, it arranges information meetings and gives assistance during the process of project preparation and execution.
N) It supports, organizes and coordinates the cooperation between the international partners of the university and its national partners (other universities, industry, etc.). Thus, it tries to create a university-centered network.
O) It contributes to the preparation of all kinds of material for international promotion of the university. It provides technical support in all kinds of correspondence, communication, document preparation issues by making announcements and giving information within the university in the fields of international relations.
